Fast and very accommodating

Pros: I needed to book last minute accommodation and not only was it available late at night, but I was able to communicate with this facility as well as they were able to assist me with a contactless check in at quarter to midnight. Room was more spacious than expected and location was both quiet and convenient distance from the office. Very happy with all aspects of the stay

Pros: Very conveniently located-Adjacent to gas station and 24 hours open convenience store, 3 minutes walking distance to Tim Hortons, A&W snd so much more! Okanagan lake and Penticton Rose Garden is a 10 minutes walk! 100% good value for money!

Pros: This is a family-owned and operated. The facility was very clean, well located to be able to walk to the Okanagan Lake, restaurants, and Bars

Overall very clean rooms & friendly, attentive staff.

Pros: Great family run business & friendly front desk staff. I will come back again in the future.

Cons: On our last night here, we wanted to enjoy sitting outside by the pool. But there were hoards of kids screaming in the pool and running around screaming outside of the pool, as well as running around & screaming all over the second floor and this was at 10pm. It would've been nice if staff enforced the rules of the pool closing at 9:30pm, so that people could have had peace and quiet while sitting in that area; not to mention the people that are vacating the suites by the pool.

Pros: Excellent location if you are going to Penticton for an event at the arena or convention centre as they are within 10 minutes walking distance. Owners are very friendly and accomodating.
