Fantastic host and perfect location

Pros: Willem, the host, was delightful and so helpful. We arrived super early but this was not at all a problem. Before we even checked in he very kindly offered us some towels so that we could go and enjoy the hot springs park, which is about 1 mile up the road and a beautiful drive to there too. Our room was on the upper level, so a steep flight of stairs to take. Ask for a lower level room if you have mobility issues. But we had afternoon sun and it was more peaceful at the level as we had no one else staying in rooms near us. A real kettle as well as coffee machine, plus actual wine glasses and China mugs, rather than plastic or paper. Very much appreciated.

It was an excellent stay. We sought a quiet, relaxed environment, and Crescent Motel offered that.

Pros: Comfy beds, cute kitchenette with all you need, large showering space, stable Wi-Fi, and much more. The area was fantastic—quiet and soothing.

Cons: Can't think of anything!

Pros: William, the owner of the motel, is an outstanding gentleman. He was extremely friendly and helpful when I asked for assistance. He even provided a wealth of information and thoughtfully prepared a booklet with menus from nearby restaurants, making it easy to decide where to eat. I will definitely return next time. Highly recommended to everyone considering a stay at Brook.

Pros: Owner very freindly, went out of his way to make you feel comfortable, rooms very nice on the updated rooms, quiet , will come back again when in radium.

Pros: The friendly, helpful gentleman that hosted us was amazing to talk with and find some key places to visit while we were there.

Cons: The one room we stayed in, I believe, their smallest room was a little cramped but cozy.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and we would stay there again if we were in the area again.

Pros: The room was spacious and clean. Wim was so lovely and checking in/out was a breeze.

Cons: The only thing I would say is that the toilet seat in our room was rather wobbly, it felt like we were going to slip in. I also found the bed a little hard, but that’s just me I would rather pillow tops.
