Mountain View Resort and Suites at Fairmont Hot Springs

Pros: The staff was very nice every time we interacted with them, the room was exactly what we needed it was great all around. We've been traveling all over BC and Alberta skiing this winter and this was the best place we've stayed so far so thank you very much! ☺️

Cons: Minor detail(things happen) it was family day weekend so it was busy and one of the hot tubs wasn't working so the other one was quite full, but we managed and met new people.

Pros: Because the place was not busy, we were upgraded to a one bedroom suite, from a junior suite. We had lots of room and a nice view. Bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the fireplace and kitchen. We could park near the entrance.

Cons: We found the kitchen supplies skimpy - not many dishes and no basics like salt and pepper shakers. Sink stopper did not work.

Pros: Very good place for the rest and spending time detween mountains. Clean, big rooms, with a fantastic view. There is grill for chilling and cooking something delicious.

Cons: Check out to 11 am is too early for the weekend

Pros: I like the view of the mountains, the giant tub even though the jets didn't work, it is a huge tub and I felt like I was living in luxury for the evening, the king bed was quite comfortable, well equipped kitchen and lots of parking available.

Cons: not really stocked well with blankets or pillows, could have used one more of each as we booked in for 3 people and my children used the couch bed. I am sure the desk would have provided had we asked however, we didn't discover the shortage until it was quite later in the evening.

Pros: Spacious apartment and it was nice having a full kitchen. We loved the pool area, especially the steamroom, sauna and hot tubs in the cooler evenings.

Cons: The jetted tub in our room was a little awkward to use as a shower and the shower system needs to be updated. There was a strong water flow from the bath spout even when the shower was turned on, so it decreased the shower's pressure.

Fantastic will return here in future

Pros: Room was quite big. /kitchen/coffee. Especially for the price

Cons: It was hard to find the building. But we eventually found it.

We love the swimming pool and the beautiful view! We will come back for sure!

Pros: Great view from the balcony! My kids loved the swimming pool and the hot tub! We got a coupon for a free fries! Beautiful view- nice and quiet! The location is good - close to Fairmont Hot springs! We got kitchenette - easy to cook simple food for the family.

Cons: The windows are too old and we couldn't open them. The sofa bed is very old and didn't provide pillows and cover sheet. There were just two small bottles of shampoo, but we have four people. We need to get the extra from the front desk.

Overall Good Stay

Pros: Facilities, coffee in room, Balcony, Wifi, Location, Waterpark with slide.

Cons: Mattress in bedroom wasn't very comfortable, probably needs a replacement.

A perfect family getaway

Pros: The pool and spray park were perfect for my son. As well as the location , everywhere we wanted to go was only an hour away. Thats why we chose this hotel.

Cons: The water in the taps never came out cold.

Pros: Nice staff and great pool and very convenient for cooking.

Cons: Facilities in the room and smells are a little bit old.
