Location Wellness and comfort

Pros: Location excellent near the Marina, restaurants, coffee shops and other facilities. Room had a good view and the bed was comfortable. I was allocated near the lift as I had an injury and was on crutches. I was also able to borrow a quality wheelchair to move around town. They were overall very helpful. The Wellness Centre is outstanding. Very nice dedicated steam room and sauna while the spa is for everyone. The gym is very well equipped and has a beautiful view over the arbour. I will go back there only for the Wellness itself…

Cons: Unfortunately the pool was closed as they were replacing the pump

Great location, comfortable, fantastic gym

Pros: The room was very well presented, clean and comfortable, with great views of the city. The gym and pool facilities are exceptional and the gym staff were so friendly and helpful. It was unfortunate that the pool was not open since this was the thing that sold it too us, but i do think it was unavoidable and we had fun on the squash court instead.

Amazing location, view and service.

Pros: Room was massive, well equipped and had an amazing view. Staff was super helpful, location was great right downtown.

Cons: Pool wasn't open due to a technical issue.

Great value hotel in a fabulous location.

Pros: Lovely big room with separate lounge, dining and kitchen area. Bathroom was lovely. Coffee machine in the room was a bonus. Location is fantastic for exploring the city. All in all great value for money.

Cons: Although there is a kitchenette with microwave, fridge and sink, there was no cutlery at all. The reception area isn’t very welcoming, with nowhere to sit.

Loved our stay would definitely come back and recommend others.

Pros: Brilliant location, room/suite was spacious, clean and quiet. Reception Staff very helpful and cheery.

Cons: At times the lift smelt of weed!

Large, lovely rooms in fantastic location.

Pros: Amazing location - very close to Waterfront train station (has line from airport), bus stop to Capilano bridge, Canada Place and best shopping areas. Stunning views from room - best introduction to Canada for in. Very large rooms with lots of amenities - great coffee machine, fridge, microwave, toiletries.

Perfect balance of quality, location and cost.

Short stay in an Amazing Property

Pros: Excellent property in a mixed use building. Room was a good size, with high quality fixtures and fittings Great to have use of a well-equipped gym, and swimming pool throughout our stay. Excellent location. Polite, friendly and professional staff. Able to leave our luggage on check out. Cosmopolitan food court just a short walk away.

Cons: For a property of this standard, would be good to be able to get breakfast on site.

Great location Good hotel

Pros: Great location. Had King suite which was larger than expected. Staff happy and helpful.

Great stay for downtown Vancouver

Pros: Excellent location, very close to key attraction and near many restaurants. Helpful personnel

Cons: Heating was challenging to regulate and maintain (many adjustments to reach the desired temperature in the room). Gym equipment was old and not well maintained (but not sure if it is the hotels problem only as the building is shared with residential). Room smaller than expected (or at least the pictures were from another bigger room)
