Amazing apartment with a wonderful host!
Pros: I had an excellent stay at Modern Cozy Nest in Calgary. The location couldn’t be better, right in the city centre with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The apartment was spotless, fully equipped with everything I could possibly need, and felt just like home. The host was wonderful, very kind, helpful, and always quick to respond to messages. The building is quiet and safe. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Calgary.
Cons: Nothing, everything was spot on!

Pros: A bright, well equipped apartment. Anything you could need was provided. Exceptionally comfortable bed. Close to bars and restaurants. Easy access to city centre. Check in and out was fast and straightforward. Would definitely stay again

The best apartment for using Calgary as a base to do your day trips!
Pros: This is one of the nicest apartments I’ve booked. Great location 15 min walk to the centre of town, great facilities/appliances and very clean and spacious! Check in and out was easy and the parking spot made this great value for money!

A good choice for first visitors to Calgary.
Pros: Quiet, well equiped, secure apartment near CT train, and walkable to Downtown. Safeway and Coop supermarkets close by. Easy and cheap public transport from airport. Bus 100 to Saddeltowne, then CT train to nearby station Downtown West/ Kerby.
Cons: There was nothing we didn`t like.

Pros: One of the best places we stayed in , location great ,clean ,would definitely stay again 2 night were perfect for us to spend in location , parking someone parked over our space in garage but contacted host and we parked in visitor parking in garage no problem at all

Comfy and cozy stay with a little bit of luxury
Pros: I loved the apartment, it had all the small luxuries treats you love when away from home, but the place felt very cozy, like home. I loved the decorations in the condo. Great location. Everything was immaculately clean, tidy, and comfortable. It was really nice to have a dressing gown, cotton pad supplies, shampoo, and shower gel. The kitchen was well supplied, having some seasoning, coffee and herbal tea, and most of the appliances you need to use on a shorter stay. There was a nice view from the balcony, and the table and chair offered a nice sitting there, unfortunately the weather wasn't great when I was there.
Cons: There wasnt many things I didn't like, one thing that the heating/cooling system wasn't so easy to adjust or set to the right temperature. Either I was cold or warm, but not a dealbreaker at all. The sofa was slightly on the used side, but was still ok. If you are planning to cook a lot, there isn't a lots of space for that, but still possible. I really can't say anything that I truly didn't like in this condo. I wish there was access to a gym, and the place would be just perfect :) oh, and black tea would be a great addition to the herbal teas.

Let’s add “lux” to “modern, cozy nest!”
Pros: We loved everything about this LUX, modern,cosy nest! A truly comfortable stay with all the (beautiful) trimmings right down to the fluffiest towels and spice jars for those who like to cook at home. You could happily stay here a week or longer - totally self contained with well appointed kitchen, dining, lounge, bedroom, bathroom, balcony and laundry which was really helpful after being on the road. Gorgeous view of downtown Calgary, quick access to the fun of 17th Ave. Host Vlatka was so responsive. Thank you for the kindest hospitality!

Beautiful little unit with everything you need in a great location
Pros: Very well appointed unit, extremely clean and well organised. Was great to have the washer dryer. Location is very convenient, particularly for restaurants on 17 street.
