Great Hotel, Great Location

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Room was a good size and spotlessly clean with lovely L'Occitane products in the bathroom. Great location, walked to most places of interest and bus stop just around the corner for getting to Granville Island and Capilano Bridge.

Cons: Needed a physical credit card for check out which we were not told in advance but luckily we had one with us

Amazing hotel, great staff, super clean.

Pros: Loved the heated floor in the bathroom, how clean it was, how friendly the staff were. The chrome cast in our room wouldn't work so they upgraded us to an even better suite. Wonderful experience, will come back every time we're passing through Vancouver.

Relaxing, high class and convenient

Pros: I was very impressed by this boutique hotel. Staff were amazingly helpful, location so convenient and the decor and rooms were premium and classy with the extra touches

Good place to stay to visit Vancouver

Pros: The hotel is located in downtwon Vancouver and it is perfect to walk around the city and to reach the airport or the train station as different subway stations are closeby. Location is also optimal with a lot of eateries and nice cafes around. The room was very spatious, functional and the beds were very comfortable. Staff were very welcoming, attentive and helpful: they have been very responsive to messages and requests ahead of check-in and during our stay as well. Very much appreciated!

Cons: Our room was in the 5th floor and there was smell of cooked food that permeated the room around breakfast and dinner time. I do not know if the smell was coming from exhaustion pipes outside the room or from the corridor and it was not a major issue but I thought it was not really in keep with the atmosphere of the place.

Lovely stay

Pros: A beautifully renovated hotel. The room was comfortable. The staff were fabulous and helpful. We had a lovely breakfast in the restaurant.

Welcoming, attractive and comfortable hotel in a super convenient location

Pros: The hotel had a very pleasant vibe and we found the staff extremely helpful and friendly. The location was super convenient for accessing the harbour, sightseeing precincts and transport. Our room was a good size and very comfortable, including the bed.

Pros: Clean and lovely hotel; the staff was exceptional. Each individual we interacted with went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome. I would highly recommend this hotel, and it will become the only hotel we stay at in Vancouver moving forward.

Pros: We loved the welcoming luxury of the hotel . It was a lovely room, great bed and restaurant. Wonderful understated service. The hotel is central. It is close to the hop on, hop off sightseeing bus, the free shuttles for the suspension bridge and Grouse Mountain, and rental bikes for biking to Stanley Park and back. We felt like we had arrived home at the end of each day.

Pros: Room bar and restaurant are excellent. Food is first class.
