Good

Pros: Clean. Quiet. Private. Big tub. Good water pressure and hot water lasted.

Cons: It was hot. There was access to adjust temperature but we had to figure that out on our own. They provided a fan in bedroom but it was broken, still turned on but didn't rotate and was loud because it was broken. Did not appear to have sofa bed as noted, and they did not include toiletries as noted.

Pros: Clean space. Private coded entry. Fully functioning kitchen. Minimal necessities provided, toilet paper, dishes, linens. Roku tv. Ability to adjust temperature. Quiet neighborhood. Close to amenities. Communication with host relatively easy. Free parking outside unit, and on street out front. Fan provided for bedroom. Nice big tub. Great water pressure. Hot water temperature also very good, and doesn't run out quickly. Bed was comfortable. Minimalist decor.

Cons: Fan could not rotate, coukd use a replacement or ceiling fan. Could use a kettle. Could use a few more pillows or different pillows in the bedroom rather than the 2 there. Couch seemed sunken in on one side, so seating there uncomfortable. Parking outside unit not ideal for big trucks. After being there for a few days, started to notice some spots cleaners likely.missed, like spots on blinds etc., but still very clean. Could feel a bit warm at times, but air could be adjusted. There wasn't anything to really jot like. It was a great space. My comments are mostly suggestions.

Pros: Very nice apartment. Spacious. Parking right in front of unit door. Close to shopping center to grab some groceries.
