Rivermount Motel

Pros: Staff were incredibly friendly. Check in was smooth and easy. The surrounding views are beautiful. Fruit growing on the trees she let us pick and enjoy. Cannot recommend enough!

Cons: Nothing, it was perfect for our needs.

Pros: Suitable site to have a rest after long time drive.

Pros: Nice rest stop. Was super easy to check-in late even after staff hours (we reached around mid-night) Communication: Diana was polite and gave us clear instructions about checking-in. Cleanliness and provisions: Our room was clean, had an AC along with a small kitchenette and utensils. The bathroom was clean, had hot water along with shampoo and conditioner Location: The motel is right next to the river. They have spots to camp as well. This is conveniently located mid-way for our journey from Vancouver to Jasper. Parking: Huge Parking lot. We were pulling a small 15ft trailer behind our pickup and we were able to park right in front. They are under new management this year and are trying hard to provide great service and experience. Diana offered us freshly brewed Coffee and Apples from their tree as we were leaving in the morning.

Cons: Nothing to not like here.

Lovely comfortable quaint accommodation.

Pros: Location was beautiful on the side of the river with apple trees in the garden which we were invited to use. Diane was very welcoming and the accommodation looked wonderful from outside. The rooms were very clean . Diane has only just taken over and has great plans for the accommodation and I wish her the very best.

Cons: The entrance off the main road is hard to spot and there is no side road run into it- you have to come straight off the road.

Unique and convenient stay on the Yellowhead highway

Pros: Interesting location, right on the highway but still more peaceful than most motel. Very clean and updated despite the aging building.

Cons: Noisy and heavy handed neighbours might be more of a problem due to limited soundproofing.

I'd stay here again!!

Pros: loved the host, Diana, she referred to me by name. room was clean and bed was cozy. I'd definitely stay here again!! Apples were delicious!

Pros: All clean, and clearly being updated. Everything I needed for a short overnight stop

Cons: Continue updating bathroom and it’ll be perfect

Peaceful and welcoming

Pros: The view is excellent. The picnic table on top of the rock is inspiring. 😊

Pros: Lovely little motel. Very clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in!

Cons: The bathroom fixtures could use some updating, but the new owners are working on that.

Great motel with friendly staff

Pros: The hotel is nicely situated along the river and close to the wells gray park with all the waterfalls. The staff is very friendly and you feel at home. Nice breakfast as well. So far the most welcoming stay in all of Canada
