Highly recommended if you are looking for a place to stay in Calgary.

Pros: Overall my family had a comfortable stay - good for long term stay as it fully equipped and fully furnished . Great location, close to my son's university. Many restaurant around the place and grocery is nearby. Easy check-in and out

Cons: Some kitchen ware need replacement and it would be good is basic cleaning materials, for example bathroom is provided as you need to clean the place yourself.

Pros: Nuestra estadia en el Marquee fue excepcional, realmente nos paoyaron en todo momento, todas las inquetudes eran rapidamente esclarecidas, cada vez que necesitamos apoyo en alguna cosa, sobre todo siendo esta la primera vez en calgary. Realmente nos hicieron sentir como en casa, en familia y acompanados. No dudaria en volver a quedarme en este maravilloso lugar en una proxima visita.

Pros: This unit was very nice and the staff were genuine. A shootout to Gemma for her lovely personality and she was very quick to assist me on a couple of occasions.

Cons: I found the unit not so quiet. There was a small screaming child a couple of doors away that was full on most of the day and was irritating.

Pros: Caira was absolutely amazing—so kind and always willing to help. She made everything easier for me, whether it was about the unit facilities, nearby grocery stores, or even transportation tips. The apartment itself is exactly as shown on the website—clean, modern, and very well-equipped. It has everything you need for comfortable living, from cooking and laundry to just relaxing at home. The location is also excellent. Grocery stores, restaurants, and bus stations are all within walking distance, and it’s just a quick trip to downtown. I would highly recommend Marquee on 16th, especially if you’re new to Calgary or traveling light. It’s the perfect place to settle in and feel at home right away.

Excellent stay; beautiful apartment

Pros: Very neat and clean property! The apartments are lovely! Our unit had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and nice kitchen and a living room with a tv. Our balcony looked south towards Calgary and West towards the Rockies, so we had magnificent scenes day and night! They have underground parking available for $150/month which is nice. Also, there are grocery stores, gas stations and great food all with a couple of blocks!!!

Cons: It can be noisy in the mornings due to garbage trucks, but they go away pretty fast.
