Nice apartment with view in decent location
Pros: The apartment was very modern and clean inside, and had a nice balcony view. There was plenty of spare linen and towels, blankets etc., for comfort. The location was convenient and very close to a supermarket, which was handy. Check in was easy over the intercom and the instructions for getting inside were detailed and clear.
Cons: The communication was mixed with the hosts - while they were always friendly, sometimes they would respond very quickly, but other times (like when we were trying to clarify when check out was and if we could get a late check out), there was no response. There is also a lot of paperwork required in advance, and a $500 CAD deposit that takes a couple of weeks to be returned afterwards - this is fine and our deposit was returned in full, but it was just quite a process to go through. Finally, although it says on the listing that there is a gym in the building, there were no gym facilities that we were able to access.

Pros: The communication was great when I needed support to fix a problem. Comfortable beds.
Cons: It was hard to gain access to the property and after a long day of travel was quite stressful. Feel like the description of the second bedroom could have been clearer that it was not separate. Overall the apartment was clean and presentable, however there were a few little things that although did not bother me, I did worry that I would get penalised for if I had left. For example some coffee still in the pot, recycling left and laundry still in the machines. The main bedroom only has the bed side light.

Perfect location for Stampede
Pros: The apartment was in a great location, very close to restaurants, shops and Stampede park. There was secure parking onsite. It was very clean, spacious and well-equipped. We loved the layout of the bedrooms with the dressing areas and really enjoyed looking out over the Stampede from the balcony. It was noisy, but you'd expect that in a city. Just make sure you wear earplugs. The beds were really comfortable.
Cons: The amount of admin involved before arrival. I've never been asked so many questions before booking accommodation! Every time I uploaded photos or info, I got a message back asking for something else. I understand that they needed the car registration number before arrival but they wouldn't send the link for the deposit payment until they had the details and they obviously wouldn't send check in details until they had the deposit. We picked up our hire car a few days earlier, but it would be a bit of a faff if we'd flown straight to Calgary and picked up the car there. On the other hand, when we went out the first evening, I could see why they're so strict about who enters the building. Calgary clearly has a very serious drug problem. We saw at least half a dozen people vomiting in the street in just a few yards. That said, none of the users approached us in any way. They were all too spaced out to notice anyone else.

Great few days, lovely apartment, lovely City.
Pros: Great location, fabulous view from the 27th floor, great communication.

Pros: Breakfast was not included. Location was perfect for attending the event we went to Calgary for.
Cons: Difficulty gaining access to interior of facility and to 15th floor where lodging was.

Perfect for the price and the location!
Pros: Being at the Core of downtown is amazing! Very comfortable beds and having a Roku TV was awesome in terms of having a tv home feel. The views were very nice and the in house laundry is very vital for long trips. Plus a kitchen away from home was nice for quick cheap meals.
Cons: There was a chip near the couch when we first entered the condo. The couch is kind of difficult to make into a bed. There's definitely a mechanism issue with turning it back into a couch. These are minor items. I do; however, wish there was gym access. I would've loved to workout while here.
