Overall, I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay and would happily come back again.

Pros: All check-in instructions were sent clearly and on time, so the arrival process was smooth and easy. The apartment met my expectations. It was a bit noisy, but that’s completely expected for a downtown location. The apartment was clean, with enough towels, cleaning supplies, and everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had everything needed for daily use. Jennifer was very polite, friendly, and easy to communicate with — she always responded quickly to messages. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons: The only downside for me was that the bed was too soft and not very comfortable.
