Ivan was an excellent host and very receptive to a minor suggestion. We would stay again!
Pros: Breakfast was not supplied. The location was excellent for our purposes. Easy access to major roads, but away from the hustle and bustle. Lots of parking on quiet, residential streets.

I enjoyed this venue and would recommend a stay.
Pros: The location was great and easy access to the property. The building was easily accessible to gain entry. Separate bedrooms with privacy was a plus. The beds were comfortable. The welcome note was appreciated and the kids thought it was a great gesture. Thank you.
Cons: The last evening of our stay, the tenants in the top floor were a bit rowdy after 11 and continued for about an hour. However, they did settle down and all was quiet. It was uncomfortable and I did have kids with me. However, I would stay at this place again.

Pros: We had an amazing time in the two-bedroom apartment! Everything felt brand new, cozy, and spotlessly clean. Nearly all the appliances were brand new, and the beds were incredibly comfortable with lovely, clean linens. It was so comforting to have everything we needed right at our fingertips. Plus, the host was incredibly kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful vacation. It couldn't have been better! Without a doubt, I will recommend this place, and I would be happy to return in the future.

Calgary Stampede trip
Pros: Ivan was very personable and an excellent host. The place was cute, clean, cozy, and not far from anything that you might need. The location worked out well for us as we were visiting relatives, the train station was 3 minutes away, and we took that to the Stampede.
Cons: There was no air conditioning, and we went when it was 105 degrees. Thankfully, we opened the windows at night and got a little airflow. The bathroom fan ran all night, so we weren't used to that noise, and it was a little difficult to get to sleep. Since it's in a residential area, we did have to park around the corner a couple of nights, but that wasn't a problem.
