A quaint getaway a little cabin and a taste of outdoors

Pros: Cozy quaint cabin with a river facing view with a private deck. There is no tv's or WiFi to have a simple disconnect but cell service if you really need it.

Pros: Stunning location, beautiful old style cabin with nothing to do except enjoy the outdoors and spend quality time together.

Pros: A very convenient location with most facilities we needed.

Cons: A TV would have been useful because the weather was questionable and we wanted to unwind in the evenings. Unfortunately, we were not aware that there was a possibility a freight train could pass at 8am on our first morning and, as our cabin was the closest to the railway line, (within 100yd and on a gradient) it meant almost 45 minutes of vibration and noise! That then made us very nervous about when to head off for a pre-booked appointment in case another train came through and left us sitting at the level crossing for a long period! Fortunately it was the only train we experienced through our three-night stay and, by all accounts, that is quite a rarity.

Cabin in Woods in back country. Like a school camp.

Pros: Back country riverside cabins in a dark and damp forest near Squamish. Cabin itself was fair. Very small. Didn't have a bath or deck like advertised. No internet, no TV. Had a gas Fireplace which was nice. No microwave. Had phone reception.

Peaceful cozy cabin in the woods.

Pros: Lovely little cabin in the woods. Heated bathroom floor and very cozy room. Even though pets are allowed, I did not notice, which I usually do, as I'm allergic to cats and dogs. Staff was very nice. I would return summer or winter. Its nice not to be attached to other rooms as its very very quiet.
