Our best stay in Canada
Pros: lovely big apartment, very clean and well equipped. Great pool and spa. good parking most staff very helpful and cheerful
Cons: As private unit of part of a larger hotel one of the staff not so helpful with towels for pool.

Spacious and Excellent location.
Pros: Spacious and close to downtown Canmore. Reasonably clean , well stocked kitchen.
Cons: This is my second time staying here. When I stayed here for the first time in 2023, it felt brand new and extremely clean. This time around, it looks like the furniture in the living room and dining area might need some TLC and updating. Overall I am happy, I would consider this again.

The beautiful property was unfortunately let down by poor hygiene and a lack of cleanliness.
Pros: My family and I had a lovely stay. The house is beautiful and well-designed, especially the Blackstone area. The kitchen was also fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and dishes.
Cons: I was very unhappy with the cleanliness of the bed linens, pillows, and blankets. The towels for the pool were also very smelly. There were a lot of hairs, including yellow strands, on the bed where I slept, which was surprising since we are Asian with black hair. My feet touched the mattress and became itchy, probably from being dirty. Overall, the blankets and pillows were musty, sticky, and full of hair from previous guests. The drain in the master bathroom was clogged, and my cousin had to pull out a bunch of hair for the water to drain properly.

A very comfy condo!
Pros: We love the location in a very safe complex in Canmore! You will get codes to everything the day before. The parking garage is safe and heated! Go straight to the condo with the codes provided. Everything is in the condo and in working order. There’s even a park pass. There were four of us and we were very comfy! I loved the communication with the host.
Cons: Really, there were no problems with our stay.

I would love to say that I would stay again but unfortunately the Blackstone staff ruined that. The first time we stayed
Pros: The layout was perfect. Balcony joined all rooms. It was very quiet and clean. We settled in and felt like home for the 5 days we were there.
Cons: The staff at Blakckstone were rude. It was like we weren’t important and were invisible. Why would you allow any suite have a private owner if you’re going to make their guests feel uncomfortable??? We just asked for extra towels and they refused us. They wouldn’t give us extra toilet paper. We didn’t get to use the hot tub for more than one night out of 5 days. Same 6 people in there from 7pm to closing.

Pros: This was ideal for our family of four adults. The apartment had everything we needed from linens and towels to kitchenware. It was within walking distance of all amenities, town centre and hiking trails, yet it was in a quiet area. The outdoor pool and hot tub was wonderful after a long day of hiking and skiing.
Cons: We wish there were slippers and robes available for the outdoor pool as they are only available to hotel guests. We will bring ours next time.

Très bon séjour
Pros: L’endroit situé dans un hôtel était vraiment bien. L’appartement vraiment idéal pour notre familles de 4 personnes. Propres, très bien équipe. Cuisine, salon avec feux ouvert impeccable. Petite terrasse sympathique. Parking à disposition très pratique. Accès à la piscine extérieur , petite mais bien agencée. Canmore n’est que à 15/20 Minutes de Banff (où il y a énormément de touristes …!) Quand à Canmore, la ville est nickel, plus calme avec toute les commodités.
Cons: L’information que caletait un RB&B n’était pas très clair.
