Pros: Central location, just cross the street from Nanaimo Museum, close to glocery store as well The room has a mini fridge and a microwave. Good lighting and the bed is comfortable.

Cons: My floor has an uncomfortable perfume smell in the hallway

Wonderful hotel, very relaxing rooms and friendly attentive staff.

Pros: The room was amazing! The bed was very comfortable and the room very quiet. This is our new favourite hotel to stay at when we come to town. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The location makes it very easy to get anywhere downtown quickly on foot. I am handicapped and the hotel parking had multiple disabled parking which I very much appreciate. have already recommended it to friends and family. Value for money is tops in my book.

Pros: A friendly and efficient check-in process and early access to our room which was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The en-suite bathroom was very good and the the hotel was very clean throughout. Breakfast was well presented with a good choice available.

Pros: Had a great stay in a beautiful hotel. Big room, good-sized gym, and nice pool.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location and kids loved the pool. The room size was also good and very clean. The amenities inside the room were sufficient. Overall great experience.

Cons: The price could have been better as it did not include laundry or breakfast.
