Amazing

Pros: It was well laid out in what to do and where to go

Nice and convenient to stay for traveling in Banff area.

Pros: The location is good in Canmore, and is convenient get into Banff. Service was good and quick reaction.

Cons: Some of the kitchen wares need repair and replace, and some corners in the washroom need repair.

Exceptional property which is great value.

Pros: Everything ! Spacious, well equipped, stylish, comfortable, clean, free parking, quiet, great location.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: It was convenient and well kept space, from dishes to appliances everything was available. Clean washroom and sheets Totally recommend

Cons: There was a water incident that happened, where we didn't have running water for 4 hours in the morning. I am sure this was just some kinda maintenance going on that we were not aware of and got stuck in the situation There were a few nails that kept on poking on the metal frame of the kitchen floor, which i have messaged the manager!

Lei's apartment was an excellent base for our getaway to Canada's beautiful Rockies.

Pros: Prior to our trip, our host, Lei, provided us with all the information necessary for a smooth checkin and hassle-free stay. The apartment was well-equipped, spacious and clean and has a nice view of Ha Ling Peak. Would love to stay there again.

Fabulous! And, added bonus, the Sushi Take-out place in the building was great!

Pros: Instructions for everything required were given in a very timely and organized manner and very easy to follow. Nothing was left out.

Cons: The foldout couch was uncomfortable to sleep in

The place and the host was really nice! Definitely will be booking again next time.

Cons: The place was great but it was really hot the whole night. The AC was turned ON but it wasn’t really getting cold😬

Great views and highly livable; incredible value for the price.

Pros: Extremely well furnished, with plenty of dishes to accommodate larger parties (or those who just don't want to do dishes until the end of the trip). Free wi-fi and parking plus a modern tv, powerful air conditioning in the bedrooms, and in-house washer-dryer combo made the place livable for anyone.

Cons: There were a lot of codes used when navigating the building, which added time and difficulty when getting to the room. Each room had automatically locking locks that were timed a little too short, causing them to lock with the door open quite often. A couple poor carpeting staples around the edges, and the coffee table had a loose screw that would not set in place.

Pros: Simply fantastic apartments, there is underground parking, the apartments are very clean, cozy design, the landlord has provided everything you could need for your stay. 15 minutes walk to the city center. Very nice place, with a wonderful view from the window. It is an indescribably wonderful feeling when you wake up and see the mountains through the window. We stayed with a family of 6 people, there was enough sleeping space, dishes, towels for everyone, the mattresses in the bedroom are very comfortable, the quality of sleep in the apartments is the highest.

Cons: I didn't like the fact that at the end of the stay, the landlord demanded to pay 140 dollars for a permit card that we didn't even see in the apartment. We arrived with our car in which we already had the park's annual pass along with the purchase receipt. After leaving the accommodation facility, we received a message from the booking platform that we had made a loss, later the owner of the apartment contacted us, who claims that there was a residence permit before we moved out, but we didn't even see him and didn't even know that he was supposed to be there. It turned out to be a very unpleasant situation, although the stay went very well. I don't know if the cleaners somehow lost that permit or if it's just a scheme to make extra money from the client...

Pros: The suite was excellent, clean, and very well equipped.

Cons: Arrived without codes and delayed our check in getting them.
