Lots of fun, value for money

Pros: Staff were lovely, shuttle bus to the Snow was handy. Great facilities, nice rooms and good price

Cons: Small wardrobe in our room and not much space in bathroom. But some of our Friends rooms had more space in the bathroom and storage space.

Fantastic location- comfortable, good value especially the 1 bed suite which was very spacious and well equipped

Pros: Location, pool and hot tub, bed was super comfy- staff were amazing and so helpful

Cons: Hot water was variable especially at peak times of day. Shower in bathroom was a little dated and mixer tap didn’t work fully- bathroom was a different spec to the rest of the hotel

Wonderful place with excellent location!

Pros: Everything about this hotel was excellent. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower pressure was strong and refreshing. The room also came with a fully equipped kitchen, which was very convenient. What truly stood out was the housekeeping team. They were so kind and attentive, thoughtfully changing our towels and even leaving a sweet handwritten note. Those little details made the stay feel extra special. Highly recommended — we would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely accommodation, great location, wonderful staff, perfect for our Whistler stay.

Pros: Staff were delightful. Room was so clean and cosy, made up beautifully for us every day. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent facilities. Loved the hot tub! And we so appreciated the early check in after an early start and a long trip. That was wonderful! And your drivers were friendly and super helpful. Just lovely young fellows.

Cons: Nothing - loved everything!
