Responsive host, all amenities included fully functioning, convenience stores + restaurants nearby

Pros: -Always great to see a bathroom nice and clean which was the case with Sabrina's house! -Trampoline was awesome. One of the best things to have to engage kids and make them feel comfortable. Thanks a lot for that! -Having stove and kitchen counter was great! -Laundry/Dryer were a great asset to have!

Cons: - Not clear from bnb description whether we are getting top or basement suite. - Could have used 1 more blanket as there is only enough for 3 (we had 4 people staying). - Price for 1 night is still very high
