Luxurious Ocean views

Pros: Gorgeous view from our room including the bathroom. Staff were super helpful providing cycling route back to Victoria.

Cons: Queuing for a table at the pub 15 minutes.

Pros: Nice hotel with lovely stuff and good food at both restaurants.

Cons: Furnishings are a bit outdated.

I love the trip here, it is very memorable to me and my partner. I appreciated Limu & Jodi’s service

Pros: Room was very spacious and the shower and bath had loads of hot water and great water pressure. The restaurant was excellent value and had a wonderful selection of options for vegetarians. The breakfast was particularly good

Great local getaway

Pros: We had a great stay and enjoyed all that the resort had to offer. We had dinner in the pub, which was great. Then, I enjoyed the hot tub and pool late into the evening. We turned the fireplace on in our room before we left for the pool, so coming back to a nice toasty room was amazing. The big soaker tub with jets was a plus for us as my hubby works in trades and loves to soak with Epsom salts etc.

Pros: beautiful design everywhere,great comfy bed, lovely view, awesome pools, staff friendly

Cons: 1) multiple menus (both laminated and paper) given to us in pub were covered in sticky visible fingerprints and food. 2) wait staff in dining room and pub seemed to not see spills food residue on tables that needed to be cleaned up before putting next course in front of us 3) seared tuna (ahi?) on the salad (pub) was overcooked a lot 4) salmon (dining room) was also overcooked and dry and had jerky edges nd everything on the same plate had a tough/hard texture except the bok choy, and thank God it was there because it's juices were the only thing that almost softened the crispy potato cake by the end of the meal. When it first arrived at table, the potato cake was like a piece of drywall, and the daikon (which normally I love) was so hard and too large I could not cut it with my table knife...shave it or puree it next time. The edamame were lovely but again they a a crunchy texture, there was not enough softness , or variety in texture

Spacious rooms, relaxing environment

Pros: Nice resort with excellent room service. Did not have time to enjoy the outdoor pool or hot tub but they looked great. Rooms are large with private patios (ground floor at least!). Service is top notch. Booked a sap treatment , very relaxing environment would definitely stay here again. Great price in the off season for a mini getaway.
