Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with clear and easy check-in instructions. The hosts were always friendly, quick to respond, and made us feel welcome. Thank you so much — we would happily stay again!

Exceptional

Pros: The apartment was very comfy and clean in a quiet area near a nice park. The kitchen was big and well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable and we really felt like home. The host was also very responsive and helpful.

The space was warm, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen appliances worked.

Pros: I know and like the Strathcona area. Normally, when I visit , I stay with my family and walk the trails. This visit, they didn't have sufficient space for all of us, so this executive basement suite was ideal. Even with the accumulated snowfall, the walk between residences was possible. We had good rapport with Contigo Properties. When we arrived, we inspected the suite and found a couple of items which required attention or repair. Although Contigo Properties offered to address these issues immediately, we suggested the work could be deferred because they did not inconvenience us.

Cons: Everything was fine, and we had no complaints.

Great apartment for a family or longer stays near downtown Edmonton.

Pros: Apartment was really nice and for a good price, especially if you're traveling with a few people and have a car. I liked that there was a laundry machine with soap and pods. Parking on the street was easy. It's not really walkable to downtown Edmonton, but only a 10-15 minute Uber.

Cons: Didn't have any real problems with my stay, but the coded door lock didn't work at one point for a few minutes. Just didn't turn on. It eventually worked, and I messaged the host asking about it hoping it wouldn't happen again when I returned at night, but never got a response, except for the auto-messages about checking-in and checking-out. Luckily, I didn't have problems with the door for the rest of the stay, so it was fine. My only minor complaint was the check-list of things to do before leaving, like cleaning and drying all the dishes, turning the thermostat to a certain temperature, clearing all the trash, putting all the used towels in a restroom. I did them all since I didn't want anything taken from the deposit that I had to make separately from Booking, but it felt like some of those things could have just been done by the host/cleaning staff considering the high cleaning fee.

Perfect for self catering

Pros: Great quiet location with easy access to the city. The kitchen was well equipped, decor was simple but warm, and check in / out straight forward. Everything we needed for a short visit for medical treatment.

Perfect for our short visit to Edmonton.

Pros: Overall we were really pleased. The unit was a good size and the location is beautiful. Right across from a park and an easy 10 minute drive to downtown. Also, a 10 minute walk to a coffee shop in the morning. We had a great stay!
