Pros: Die Unterkunft ist ein sehr kleines Zimmer,(ca.12qm) in dem es neben dem Bett mit Nachttischen keinen Platz für Stühle oder Tisch gab. Als plus gab es Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, eine Kaffeemaschine mit reichlich Kaffee, Tee, Kaffeweißer und Zucker, zwei Teller, zwei Schälchen, Besteck für zwei Personen. . Die fehlenden Tassen wurden innerhalb von zwei Stunden gebracht. Bei gutem Wetter kann man vor der Tür sitzen. Das Zimmer hat einen schönen Ausblick Iin die Berge und die Lage ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und den Ort Fernie, alles in kurzer Autofahrt gut erreichbar.

Cons: Das Quartier wird in der Rubrik Ferienwohnung, überdurchschnittlich groß aufgeführt. Die angegebene Zimmmergröße von 300qm ist falsch. (Real sind 12qm) Als Ferienwohnung sollte wenigstens Platz für Tisch und zwei Stühle sein. Man muss wissen dass es eine verschlossene Zwischentür zu einem anderen Appartement gibt und damit keine Schallisolierung. Eine Lobby gibt es nicht.
