Clean, Comfortable and Convenient

Pros: All instructions for accessing the property were shared ahead of our arrival. The location and character of the property were fantastic.; nice to be able to walk for groceries, nearby shops and restaurants. The secure underground parking was a great feature. I would recommend the property to anyone looking for clean and convenient place to stay. The \

Cons: The suite we stayed in was directly beside/behind the elevator. Not sure if the elevator requires servicing; however, it cycled every 15-20 minutes around the clock and concluded with an incredibly loud bang that sounded like the elevator counterweights slamming into the concrete floor. This made it difficult to sleep at night as the noise was loudest and most noticeable in the master bedroom. Something for future consideration is the lack of charging options available for e-bikes. The plug-ins in the parkade were awkwardly located and would have required running an extension cord across the driving lanes. Adding an e-bike charging station in a secure room nearby or a plug-in near the bike racks would be helpful given the increased popularity of e-bikes. Batteries can no longer be removed from the bikes and instead require that the bike is plugged into an electrical outlet.
