Happy Zone Suite - Sleeps 4

Pros: Close to our family. Within 20 minutes in fact. Lovely area and easy to find location. Appreciated the ease to book the apartment.

Cons: No complaints

Awesome, convenient, well equipped and clean.

Pros: So comfortable and quite. It had all we needed. Appreciated the pop, water and snacks!

Cons: Maybe the coffee table can be lighter to move it easily when using the sofabed. Which we did not use in any case but I thought the table was too heavy to move. Also a regular coffee maker would be handy. My parents struggled to use the French press. The location was a bit further than we would have wanted but it was easy to get there.

Pros: The snacks in the fridge were great. The unit was clean. The unit was comfortable and the bedroom was a good size. The location was great for what we did in the area. The bathroom was well stocked. We enjoyed our time in Langford.

Cons: I would suggest a coffee maker be added as a coffee press didn't make enough for 3 people at once. Another mirror somewhere in the unit would also be helpful. There was no top sheet for the couch just the duvet. The bottom sheet which was on the couch mattress didn't seem very clean so we used the one in the bedroom closet. There were only 3 coffee mugs. A teapot would be a nice addition to the dishes.

Pros: Great location, hosts, and amenities. Complimentary snacks were a very thoughtful (and appreciated) touch.

Pros: It was great. Loved all the snacks. The bed was comfortable. Nice bathroom. Very clean. Host responded quickly even though I couldn’t give an arrival time

Cons: The only drawback was the traffic noise

Pros: The apartment was clean and good size for two. Great shower. We just came off a 7 day cruse and the washer/dryer was helped us get all our cloths clean. The treats in the fridge were a nice surprise.

Cons: The bed was a little to soft for our liking and the stair to get to the apartment were a lot for two older people with big suite cases..

Pros: Die Wohngegend war ruhig und beschaulich, sehr angenehm! Der Check-in per Code für das Türschloss war super unkompliziert. Und das Beste: ich hatte angekündigt dass wir spontan noch eine Nacht dranhängen wollen und hatte dann aber versehentlich eine Nacht nach der geplanten Nacht gebucht. Busola, unserer Gastgeberin fiel das aber auf und sie machte uns freundlicherweise drauf aufmerksam und blockierte die gewünschte Nacht für uns bis ich die falsche Nacht (kostenlos!) stornieren konnte und die richtige Nacht buchen konnte. Einfach total zuvorkommend und sie hat uns damit einigen Ärger erspart den wir uns ja letztendlich nur selbst Ei gebrockt hätten! Würde wieder dort buchen! Auch gern für länger. Wir waren nur 2 Nächte da. Ach und es gab Kekse und 2 Softdrinks im Kühlschrank für uns! Danke! ❤️
