Very convenient place to stay out of the hustle and bustle of Banff

Good location but expensive and poor value for money

Pros: Good Location, close to Banff and shops cafe. Staff were friendly

Cons: V expensive and poor value for money, no housekeeping having to collect towels and no room cleaning for 3 days of stay

Pros: We stayed here as we had a wedding The room had a great view and it was clean. We needed a cot for our son coming in and they accommodated us right away. We had breakfast at the restaurant and the staff was really friendly and the omelettes were delicious. I would go back here in a heartbeat.

Great location for exploring Rockies!

Pros: The location is perfect for exploring Canmore and the surrounding Rockies. The amenities, including the pool and on-site dining, add great value to the experience.

Cons: The only downside was that our room wasn’t ready at the standard 3 pm check-in time—we had to wait until 5 pm, which was an unexpected inconvenience.

Pros: Stayed in the anex building. Room very comfortable and clean, fantastic walk in shower and view of mountains

Cons: Please note that this building is pet friendly rooms The carpet in the corridor was full of stains and had a bad odour i reported , well used by pets. If you do not have pets, best to stay in main building Only one chair in room so only one person can sit the other lay on bed

Pros: The 1 bedroom suite was perfect for a weekend getaway. The food at the restaurant in the hotel was excellent.

Cons: The couch in the living room was uncomfortable to lounge on after a long day of hiking and sightseeing.

Pros: The location is great! The pool was amazing. Kitchen was well equipped!

Cons: Cleanliness, the floors in the room were dirty and dusty. The washing machine was also not clean. The ceiling has water leak in the washroom.

Enjoyable. Would return..

Pros: Room was comfortable. Quiet. We were able to ‘rent’ yoga mats for our stay, at no charge. And refill with coffee pods daily. Restaurant was excellent!

Cons: Parking was a hassle. Very narrow spots, and not enough of them for the guests.
