Cozy new Suite in Silver Valley

Pros: Location is wonderful, handy for visits to Golden ears and easy for Maple Ridge town by car/bus Nice quiet, safe and new residential area

Pros: Clean, comfortable accommodation. Pretty much had everything you need for a short stay. Comfortable living space . While I had no need to interact with the hosts, by their welcoming email they seemed approachable and accommodating.

Cons: Minor details like loose toilet seat detracted from the overall positive experience.

Pros: Apartment was very clean, comfortable and well appointed with full kitchen and laundry.

Great stay, nice place, easy to communicate with hosts

Pros: Great stay, clean and quiet place in a newer neighbourhood. The hosts were kind enough to allow a last-minute booking when I unexpectedly had to spend an extra day there. All the info I needed was messaged to me within minutes, and the place had everything I needed!

Pros: It was very clean , quiet and the host was very nice. Would definitely recommend!!

Pros: Chris was very helpful from my time of arrival he allowed me to park my car with sea doo and trailer next to his beautiful house. The neighbourhood was nice and quiet, safe, and clean. The unit was real comfortable and clean, with everything you need.

Perfect little gem

Pros: The host was very welcoming, kind, and easy to conversation with. The space was very cute, clean, and quiet. Highly recommend to anyone needing a place to stay away from home ♡

A beautiful, comfortable, and clean suite at a great price.

Pros: A beautiful suite with complimentary laundry facilities. Coffee, tea, and snacks were provided. The space was comfortable and welcoming.

Cons: It is a bit if a drive to a grocery store or restaurant but other than that, we had absolutely no complaints.

Underpromised overdelivered

Pros: [Fresh air] The room was well-lit and well-ventilated. Many basement rooms have that musty odour, which the hosts try to mask with a diffuser. Not this place. It was well ventilated and the neighbourhood gets enough sunshine. [Brand new appliances] The TV, fridge, washer and drier are all brand new and the host was kind enough to leave detergent for one round of laundry. [Towels bedding and cutlery] The bookings.com listing does not seem to have this described but the host provides enough towels bedding and cutlery (see photos). In general, I think the description on bookings.com seriously underpromises -- you'll enjoy much more than what you'd expect.

Cons: There were occasional stomping noises at night, probably from upstairs. It is not unreasonable and something you would encounter in any of the basement listings. Maybe the noise stood out because the neighbourhood was so quiet.

A very nice apartment and great host!
