Pros: Accommodation was very nicely updated and modern. Waterslides were open and a big hit for the kids.

Cons: It would have been nice to know there was no elevator and with the super hot weather perhaps a portable ac unit could be added to the room.

Pros: Loved the accommodation, great kitchen and deck. Very clean and spacious.

Cons: Our only complaint was that the gondola and hottub were out of service.

Pros: The guest services building was open until 8pm and checkin was easy

Cons: Checkout being at 10am is too early. Considering the cost of the suite it should be a standard checkout time of 11am. Not the hosts fault but the app gave the option for late checkout. I did subit the request (an extra $20) to checkout at 11, but the host wasnt able to accomodate. I ended up with a sick kid so the extra hour would have been a big help.

Excellent for families with kids

Pros: fantastic stay, made easy by hosts. Check in / out process was simple. Washing machine and dryer worked wonderfully ($6 for a load, but actually came out clean.) Access to the pools is included and pools are lovely. Staff don’t give you a hard time for drinks or snacks as long as you’re being respectful, which we appreciated. Restaurant on site is very good (not cheap) and general store is handy. Taco truck down the road is phenomenal.

Cons: The cold pool was much too cold for anyone in our family to enjoy, despite the hot days. Finding the unit at Toby creek was difficult as the doors from the parking garage seem to have the wrong numbers on them. Elevators would be nice - we made lots of trips with lots of bags up and down the stairs.
