Pros: The space was wonderful, loved the outlook,very close to Gastown old historic area and steam clock. It was fun and funky.

Cons: I think the bed could be upgraded, and the kitchen needed a few more utensils if you want to be able to cook and make use of the fabulous stove and oven.

A beautiful apartment on the edge of Gastown

Pros: I absolutely loved this modern industrial-style apartment. It had an amazing four piece tiled bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area with a leather couch and big TV, AC and huge windows. The apartment complex has a gated courtyard and is very safe.

Cons: Craig provided an air mattress for my second guest, but did not include sufficient bedding. The ad said that a cot could be provided upon request.

Strong on design and comfort, with a reliable host

Pros: Host was very responsive by text, and after he understood what our interests were he provided a number of excellent suggestions, many on the fly as we were out. They did not disappoint. Once we understood how to gain entry it was very smooth. Very walkable area and we did not use a car. Lyft was always available. But we loved our time in the apartment; it is as good as it looks in the photos. Neighbors in the building were friendly, as were their many dogs! .

Cons: The bed could have been a little softer, and we would have liked more towels. The bathroom floor and shower are a bit slippery. Some smaller glasses would have been nice. But these are trivial complaints — overall this was a 10 experience. The apartment is fantastic. The neighborhood does deteriorate in a couple of directions, so I’d follow the hosts advice about how to get around.

Perfect in every way

Pros: Very beautiful comfortable apartment. The owner has taken steps to provide everything you might need or want. The owner was very helpful and accommodating in helping us find restaurants in the Vancouver area. Highly recommended
