Nice apartment with a great balcony.

Pros: The apartment is on Alberni in the middle of downtown so don't expect a peaceful stay. The area is busy and vibrant and very swanky. The entrance to the apartment is lovely and a keyfob is needed to enter and use the lift so very secure. The apartment is a good size with good facilities including a well equipped kitchen. The balcony is great, with great views. Wei the owner is very friendly and happy to answer questions and got us settled in very quickly. There are some great restaurants within a few minutes, and Canada Place is about a 15 minute walk away. It's a nice apartment and I would recommend it, and the area.

Cons: We only got one roll of loo paper, and it would have been nice to get an extra couple of pods for the coffee machine, or some info on where to buy more as neither supermarket we went to had the correct shape. The apartment is hot, there are plenty of fans, but an aircon unit would have been nice.

Comfortable, roomy apartment in excellent downtown location

Pros: Host met me at front door within about 10mins of me arriving - very friendly & helpful. The accommodation consisted of a large bedroom, lounge/dining area, kitchen & bathroom, with lots of storage. Everything you'd need in the kitchen was provided, as well as iron, fans for each room, indoor slippers, plenty of towels etc. So very well equipped. Views over the busy downtown streets, so handy location for walking to anywhere in the city really. But also easy to get taxis/ubers to pick up outside.

Cons: The decor of the apartment is very dated - could do with an upgrade to change old-fashioned sofas & other furniture to give a more contemporary feel. I had to roll up & store away the dead animal skin-looking rug as couldn't bear to walk on it every day! Being downtown it is noisy with lots of traffic noise & sirens as you'd expect in a busy city centre, so not a particular problem for me but might affect other guests. Arriving at an apartment, it is always nice when there is a welcome pack of some sort - bread, milk, wine etc - that would've been a nice touch given the cost of the stay was at the top end.

Fabulous apartment in the heart of the city

Pros: The location the comfort the cleanliness all brilliant. Having a pool and hot tub was useful on a rainy day.

Cons: More cooking utensils would be helpful. If you have a car, the owner charges $30 per day for secure parking. Location of the laundry room.

Pros: The landlord was very nice and kind! And the stay there gives me the feeling of family.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and wildly convenient for exploring Vancouver. Great getaway!

Pros: Location couldn't be better. It was very easy to walk everywhwere. Loved the lap pool!

Cons: The large sofa, with the odd pillows, was unbelievably uncomfortable.

A great base to explore Vancouver.

Pros: The location was perfect. Very within easy walking distance to the waterfront, Stanley Park, Gastown etc. The bed was super comfy, and the building was secure. It was nice to have use of the pool too.

Pros: Location excellent,good size apartment, Veronica our host was excellent. Facilities were great, would definitely recommend and stay again.

Cons: Sofa & sofa bed, very soft.

Amazing stay! Best in downtown!

Pros: Loved everything about this place! Veronica is such a great host! She is so friendly and kind! Definitely a place to book! Everything is clean and amenities are awesome! I'd keep booking this place when i go back to Vancouver! So close to restaurants, buses and trains!
