Appealing Apartment

Pros: Great apartment with all the modern cons. Xin was very accommodating with our needs for a slightly early check-in and surprised us with a thoughtful welcome pack. Close enough to the city centre to walk (Skyway train station is very close if needed) and very close to nearby Gastown with loads of shops and restaurants. Perfect apartment for 4 people.

Cons: Maybe stick to the main roads if out after dark as the nearby neighbourhood unfortunately has many homeless people. (they don't approach you but a little distressing to see none the less)

Amazing accommodation

Pros: It was convenient enough for what we wanted ... great space as well

Nice base for a couple of days in Vancouver.

Pros: Great pool and gym. Nice to have a kitchen and seating space. Worked well for a party of 3. A plus to have some outdoor space.

Cons: The property was smaller than it looked in the pictures and the balcony was dominated by the air conditioning unit. The area was ok but a little further from the centre than we expected and maybe a little too close to Chinatown for our liking. While we felt safe Vancouver as a whole has a problem with drug addiction and homelessness which is particularly problematic in China Town. While we didn’t have any problems it was evident on our walks into the centre and we took Ubers after dark.

Pros: Fantastic property. Location and size and interior are great. Very attentive owner who responded to messages immediately. Even left us a welcome package which was lovely.

Excellent location downtown with great host.

Pros: The host for this place was very responsive and helpful when needed. The location is great, right downtown and across from Roger's Arena and a sky train station. Everything is within walking distance. Having a free parking spot was key in the city as well. The kitchen had everything we needed and the views were nice.

Cons: Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were closed for the month for cleaning/upgrades so be aware if you are booking in January as we had hoped to use those amenities.

Would absolutely look to rent again when in the area!

Pros: Perfect location for sporting events, skytrain, costco. Pool, sauna, gym were very nice size. Bathroom container with q-tips, and welcome snacks with water bottles were very nice touches.

Cons: Extra towels would have bee nice, especially since we used pool and hot tub. 3rd \

Ideal place to explore Vancouver from.

Pros: A great space - open and airy. Third bedroom is small but suited our 18 year old to have her own bed. Good communication with host and very helpful with letting us leave our bags and getting us in . Good location- easy walk to lots of attractions

A fabulous end to our Canadian adventure! Host easily contactable. Easily accessible shops and skytrain.

Pros: The host was friendly and helpful and the apartment was clean and cozy. The host went out of the way to help, answered all my messages shortly.

Cons: The air conditioner turned off in the middle of the night. Although the apartment already had extra air conditioner

Pros: Lovely apartment with beautiful view. The hosts left some welcome treats which was very thoughtful. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we would need.
