Pros: Very clean 2 BR basement apartment with lots of space and nicely set up. Comfy beds, snacks on arrival, filtered and bottled water, good internet and good heating.

Cons: Could hear bathroom usage upstairs and people running around until quite late on the Saturday night we stayed.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We’d definitely stay again or recommend to friends or family.

Pros: A very well set up apartment. Perfect for us and our two teenagers.

Cons: The kitchen could have had a few larger pots to cook with.

Pros: The place is very clean and comfortable. Would recommend to others.

This apartment gave us a good base for our stay in Vancouver.

Pros: The location felt safe. Parking was on-street, which was maybe sub-optimal, but wasn't a problem. It's not particularly close for walking to restaurants or stores, but nonetheless doable. The kitchen had what we needed. The beds were good.

Cons: Rain! not the host's fault!

Pros: Very nice basement. It has everything you need. There’s a kitchen with all the essentials for cooking, and a big TV in the living room. The place is beautiful, cosy and comfortable.

Cons: Unfortunately, there are also some downsides. The beds were very uncomfortable. We were three adults and a child, and none of us could sleep well. Another issue was the noise from upstairs. The neighbours woke us up at 7am, probably getting ready for work. That was our only day to sleep longer, but it wasn’t possible. One more small thing, not really a minus but more a suggestion. We used a lot of dishes, and after washing them there was nowhere to put them to dry. It would be helpful to have a dish rack or at least a few towels for drying. Overall, we really liked the place, but the beds need improvement.

Pros: The apartment is neat and clean. Nice leafy Street, good suburb. We had a car,so getting around was easy. I'm not sure how it would be by bus.

Cons: You can hear the residents upstairs, but not a real problem. Not enough comfortable seating in lounge for 4 people.

Pros: This apartment has everything you need. Easy check in process, good communication. Comfortable beds, fresh towels, toiletries etc The neighbourhood is very pretty and quiet.

Cons: You will need a car or to use taxi's if you are going into Vancouver city. We used Uber a lot, they were reasonably priced

Pros: The apartment was clean, homely, and absolutely perfect for what we needed.

Cons: One of the beds in the twin room was a little uncomfortable.

Pretty Place

Pros: A pretty well laid out flat with two bedrooms. The kitchen has everything that one would need for cooking, with a seperate washing machine and dryer. The owner had provided little snacks for us which was nice. I liked that condiments had been left together with things like tomato sauce, vinegar etc, that is especially handy for people.
