Perfect

Pros: A spacious apartment right in the city center. Very well equipped and comfortable. The owner was extremely helpful and kind. If I’m ever in Vancouver again, I will gladly stay here again.

Very comfortable stay in a central location, but double-check the address

Pros: The apartment is very central, which makes it easy to get around Vancouver. However, the address listed on Booking is not correct. If you are expecting any deliveries or packages, make sure to ask the host for the correct address, otherwise you may face issues like I did with Amazon and courier services. That said, the apartment itself is very nice and well suited for one or two people. It has a washer and dryer, nice views of the city buildings, and the community is very quiet. The check-in process is straightforward: the first time you use a code, and afterwards you are provided with a fob to enter easily. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. Of course, prices in Vancouver are always quite high, but for what it offers, I was very comfortable here.

Pros: Great value for money apartment in Downtown Vancouver, approx 15 min walk to the convention centre area. Clean, nice bathroom and kitchenette. Good gym in building. Wifi speed fine. Has TV but could only access apps not live, which was fine. Check in process slightly strange - address changes nearer to the time as other reviews mention. Host very accommodating with a late check out.

Cons: Could do with some better instructions regarding the lift / swipes / timing out etc.

Great access to Downtown in a quiet, comfortable apartment.

Pros: Very easy access to everywhere Downtown. Queit, comfortable room (& bed). Good WiFi. Very happy with my choice of stay. The owner was very helpful & went out of their way to make my stay a great experience. I strongly recommend this place.

Cons: One of the building's lifts was unavailable, which made for some small delays, but this wasn't the room owner's fault. It was simply just bad timing that it happened to coincide with my stay.

Pros: This place is a spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. A balcony overlooking the city. I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment - there’s even a gym you can use in the building! Central location with everything nearby. Easy to access/self check in. John was a great host replying to any questions I had. I will definitely stay again.
