Location with Views - 2BDR Penthouse Whistler Village

Excellent Apartment fitted our needs perfectly.

Pros: Location was right in the village, rooms were spacious. Full kitchen, laundry facilities & a small balcony with a view to blackcombe.

Loved it except for the beds

Pros: Very good location very clean very nicely decorated !!!

Cons: Tv remotes didn’t work Beds extremely uncomfortable

Fabulous unit in an excellent location

Pros: The location was perfect ... not too close to the energetic parts of the lower village but not too far into the upper village. The unit sits on the back/quiet side of the building and looks over to Blackcomb. The unit was VERY WELL stocked with anything you might need including kitchen dishes/utensils, various spices/dry goods, soap/cleaning supplies, shampoo/conditioner, etc. This feels like a place the owner uses and leaves various items for guests comfort and enjoyment. I particularly liked the layout of the unit ... the bedrooms flank the common area and each has its own bathroom.

Cons: Finding the location to pick up the building access cards and door code was a challenge. The address provided in the email is a generic address for all business in the pedestrian zone. The reception desk said it would be better to search for Whistler Reception Services at Deer Lodge. However, once we found the reception desk, check in was easy and I loved having a door code rather than keys. The parking garage spot was very small so if you have a truck or SUV, know you will likely be parked on the lines of the assigned parking space. Luckily, no one parked next to us during our stay. The only other negative was a 10 am checkout which seemed a little early.

Pros: Centrally located. Walking distance to both gondolas. Parking provided onsite. Large grocery store close by.

Cons: It was a little difficult to find the place, but once we located the office, this was resolved.
