Excellent hotel with friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and a great location.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was cozy, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The location is excellent, close to shops, restaurants, yet still quiet and peaceful at night. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere. Everything exceeded our expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

Pros: Quiet place, big gym, lovely staff, fridge and microwave in room. Firm bed, low pillows available, responsive heating system. Sadly, I didn't have time for the sauna, which I really wanted to use.

Exceptional staff

Pros: Staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate requests. You could tell that they care about their guests' experiences and aim to make them comfortable. Rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet. Breakfast was hearty and delicious. My husband said it felt like this is what hotels are supposed to be like and what they felt like back in the day. Clearly, wonderful management.

Pros: The beds were incredibly comfortable. Crisp white linens on a very good mattress with a duvet and pillows like clouds. A hot breakfast was appreciated, the pancakes were great. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Cons: For some reason, we got a wheelchair accessible room, which we didn't need. As a result, there was no tub, only a shower with bench. The tiles on the shower floor looked a bit grungy. In the main room, there weren't any comfortable chairs to sit in., just one conference -type chair at the desk. I assume this is to have room for a wheelchair but we would've liked to have a comfortable chair to sit in. Again, this is likely due to being wheelchair accessible so be sure when booking to pay attention to this. We were only there one night so it wasn't a big deal otherwise we would've asked to move.
