Great host, fantastic location, Incredible memories...... We'll be back!!!

Pros: The owners were gracious, friendly and informative. Checkin was easy and fast. The main areas and the room was spotless. All the amenties you require for a worry free stay were available. Attention to detail, even for things I didn't believe I would use; like a fresh baked cookie, juice, soft drink, coffee, tea or chips on your return after a long day. The breakfast was great, tasty and plentiful. In fact small bags were provided at the table which we used every day to take some snacks for our hike or ski day. Easy walking distance to the center of Banff's main street restaurant, bars and other attractions. I was totally impressed and my next visit to Banff will center around room availability at Thea's. It's rare for me, but I HIGHLY Recommend this B&B.

Cons: I can usually find something to complain about, and as an avid B&B stay couple, we've visited B&B's all over the world. With that experience if there was something to complain about, we'd find it. This place will not disappoint and they're is nothing we didn't like. Wow, can't believe we didn't find something.

Great place, great location and exceptionally nice hosts.

Pros: Everything about this B & B is perfect and we will be returning; however if you like unhealthy food for breakfast then this place is not for you. The owners pay particular attention to every detail at breakfast time and will only serve you quality food exceptionally well prepared, and presented. We enjoyed a buffet style platter for two every morning and some days a three course meal. This sort of narrows your choice down if you just fancy something simple, but how can you complain when so much time has gone into what they serve you with. Top Marks from us.

Cons: The host clearing the snow from the footpath below our window very early in the morning, but it has to be done according to what their laws are.

Pros: Location and comfort of the B&B; a very short walk to the town centre, super convenient

Pros: Location was brilliant easy walk into Banff so able to leave the car when walking for evening meal. We had hired a car which was useful to visit sights and parks. Breakfast was fantastic and afternoon cake was much appreciated as were the snacks. Friendly and informative hosts.

Best place to stay in Canada, we will be telling everyone to book here!

Pros: Everything about this stay was even better than hoped - believe all the reviews. The property is magical and immaculate in attention to detail and quality. The hosts are genuine and welcoming and always willing to help make the stay perfect or help out with local knowledge and advice whilst still leaving you plenty of space to do your own thing. Breakfasts are incredible - we purposely didn’t have dinner so we could fit in more breakfast! Special thanks for helping with a delayed checkout as heavy snow stopped us from driving to our next spot. You won’t find a better place to stay in Banff or probably Canada, way better than hotels and a wonderful experience to remember.

Warm, inviting, cosy stay with the best breakfast and best hosts.

Pros: There is probably not enough space in this review to talk about how much we loved staying here. The atmosphere from the moment we arrived was warm and inviting, with snacks waiting in the entryway, a shared fridge full of cold drinks and the room was spotless. We slept solidly in the most comfortable, huge double bed and could enjoy a tea in the morning on our wee balcony. The breakfast each morning was incredible - a delicious 3 course feast with little doggy bags available for anything you can’t quite finish. Alex & Pete are the most wonderful hosts and I hope to be able to stay here again one day.

Cons: Nothing. The fact I only booked 2 nights - should have stayed for longer!
