Pros: The view from the garden (and the garden itself) is incredible. Being the only room, privacy and tranquility are guaranteed also thanks to the host never imposing. Amenities such as bbq and hot tube make the stay even more comfortable. Mention of honour for the home made breakfast.

Cons: Lights from the car to the house are much needed, as it’s a dark downward path through the garden. A couple of electric stoves in the kitchenette can be useful in case of bad weather. The furnitures and bathroom are ok but somehow underwhelming compared to the outdoor. The place can easily be a 10/10 with some minor changes.

Pros: Stunning views from a lovely garden terrace. garden furniture provided and a hot tub available. Plenty of eat out choice down in the village by the lake shore. Room very comfortable and host friendly and helpful. Continental style breakfast provided to eat in the room or out on the terrace. Lovely lake country area but with trails in the hills on the doorstep. Shame we were only staying one night on our way back to Vancouver.

Cons: Nothing really.

Pros: Very welcoming hostesses, made to feel at home straight away. Property has beautiful gardens and amazing views. Lakeview managed the overlap between B&B and guest privacy extremely well. Room was larger than most B&Bs with kitchen bench, dinning table and small lounge area. Great B&B experience.

Pros: The garden is beautiful! Our room (deluxe Queen room) has a hot bath on the patio, very relaxing after a long drive on a scorching day. There is no TV in the room but we rather liked it.

Perfect base to enjoy Okanagan wine country away from the crowds

Pros: Booked this as a stop on our journey home from the coast. Loved this spot, spent the morning sitting in the beautiful garden enjoying the views of the lake. Janette was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back for a couple nights next time to explore wine country or the fruit harvest season.

Beautiful, quality property with stunning views. I would stay there again, and recommend to friends

Pros: Beautiful private space on the ground floor of the owner's home with off street parking at the top of their driveway. Lovely modern decore with a kitchenette, lounge/dining area, queen bed and nicely appointed bathroom. We saw Janette (owner) briefly when we checked in, and then again as we left. She provided a lovely continental breakfast daily, with plenty of teas/coffee etc available in the room. The owners do live upstairs but we never felt that our privacy was compromised. We took advantage of the awesome hot tub one afternoon, which of course has been placed to take advantage of the views. You get private use of the whole backyard, with it's gorgeous gardens and views to the lake. You have these views from inside the unit also.

Cons: There was nothing that we personally didn't like, however a couple of things to note in case they matter to others. If you have a lot of gear, you need to carry it a short way down a sloped driveway and approx half a dozen steps to access the property. There was no TV in the room (though why you would want to look at TV when you have those views?!?) The property is located fairly high on a hill a few kms from the main centre of Peachland. It only took 5 or so minutes to drive up to it, however if you didn't have a car it would be too far to walk to other facilities. Uber eats do deliver, however we could only find pizza through this service.

The most wonderful getaway

Pros: Wonderful views, comfortable bed, the property was beautiful and well kept. Janette was the most wonderful host and breakfast was really delicious, we couldn’t even finish it all! Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway

Spectacular

Pros: The view was spectacular, and the hospitality was such a treat. Having homemade muffins and fruit for breakfast was so nice, and delicious!

Pros: We had two extraordinarily nice days at Janette's apartment in Peachland and were really sad that we had to leave. What a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the stunning view and the nice garden. The apartment is really nice and offers everything you need to feel welcome. Breakfast was lovely and Janette was so friendly, kind and helpful, we even got cherrypie and icecream one evening. Thank you so much for making us feel home so far away from home!
