Pros: Kelly is a wonderful and very friendly host. She really cares about every. The entire house is INCREDIBLY CLEAN! We would definitely come back.

Cons: Something to be aware of is that you might hear your neighbors every now and then. The walls are not very soundproof.

Such a lovely stay

Pros: Our stay was lovely. The place is immaculate and the owner is very sweet. There are signs in lots of places in the house but it makes everything clear and simple. Each room number has a cupboard in the kitchen, a shelf in the fridge and towel rail. Very tidy and very organized. I didn't find clearing the trap of any hair after my shower a big deal at all. Our room had doors that opened onto a balcony which was a lovely outdoor space. Perfect for morning coffee and an evening gin. The owner even let us hang in the lounge after check out time whilst we waited for our taxi to the airport. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Cons: My only suggestion to make the experience better would be to establish a better check-in method. We arrived to check-in at 3pm and there was nobody at the property to check us in nor did we receive any instructions on booking.com. I did message the owner and I rang a few times until I eventually got an answer. Once we had the codes for the door it was easy but we were woken up at gone 10pm by the door bell of someone else trying to check in. Super simple thing to fix, send the room number and door code in a message a day prior. Easy.

Pros: close to airport yet in quiet residential neighborhood, everything is spotlessly clean. but the best part is Kelly the Inn Keeper, she makes sure things are just right... we love her little post it notes with instructions. we just did our 2nd visit. oh and she was quite accommodating, gave our motorcycle under cover parking,

Great clean house in rich neigborhood in Richmond disctrict 30 min to downtown.

Pros: Richmond is beautiful rich disctrict (town) in Vancouver, the house was located in very nice neigborhood with beautiful houses and clean streets. Only 5 min to bus 406 which will take you to Canada Line Metro which will take you in 30 min to Vancouver city center. There is a shared bathroom for 2 rooms but it is very clean and no problems.

Cons: Please add furtniture to the upstairs patio terrace. It is empty now and tourists would to have breakfast on it. Table and chairs would be good start

Pros: the manager keeps the place absolutely spotless,.. she is warm and explains the rules clearly. i loved shared kitchen, designated food spaces. there is a Safeway near by so we ate at the hotel most of the time, it is very close to the airport, easy predictable route, 7 min. i am booking there again when we leave.
