Pros: Peaceful rural setting not far from services. Ample parking. Immaculately clean and well-appointed room. Self-serve coffee, tea and healthy snacks in common area. Friendly and helpful but not intrusive hostess. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of home-cooked options. Would definitely choose it if in the area again.

Exceeded expectations - clean and comfortable, with a great host.

Pros: Ria was an excellent host. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well appointed. I loved our little view from the back deck of the very well kept acreage. We enjoyed a nice breakfast and coffee before departing in the morning and had lovely conversation with our host.

Cons: Nothing - all our expectations were exceeded

Pros: Our breakfast was excellent (Both days). The location for my wife and i was perfect. Very nice dead end street. Nice and quiet.

The room was spotless, bright, and full of thoughtful details — comfortable bed, soft linens, and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The view from the windows and the patio area was stunning — surrounded by nature, with a charming garden and peaceful atmosphere. It was the perfect spot to unwind and recharge. I especially loved having morning coffee outside, listening to the birds and enjoying the fresh air. The hosts were friendly and made me feel right at home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable getaway in a beautiful natural setting! 🌸

Pros: It's a beautiful guesthouse, with all the amenities you need and in a serine area. The host is super welcoming, gives you all the freedom to feel at home. Amenities like tea, coffee, cookies, even real Dutch cookies 😉, everything was there. Bedroom and bathroom were very spacious. We had a great stay! And we even got a pleasant surprise in the morning.... home made breakfast!

Cons: We had to go home after one night 😉. Looking forward to our next stay.

Welcoming, comfortable, with a fantastic breakfast

Pros: Ria was warm and hospitable, the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, loved the fresh eggs from her hens. Also, love the little things like a basket of fruits, cookies, chocolate waiting for us when we checked in. We walked around and met the sheep and chickens!

We highly recommend Ackerview B&B for those looking for a quiet secluded place to stay. You’ll definitely enjoy it!

Pros: The room was cozy, clean and comfortable. The sheep in the pasture was a special surprise making our stay even more enjoyable and the breakfast was homemade and delicious.
