Pros: This is a jewel. Fantastic B&B with Dee as an amazing host. Nothing was too much for her from the provision of Canadian snacks to the most amazing breakfast. Her recommendation for an evening meal was perfect. We cannot recommend this property highly enough and with all guests sitting together for breakfast made for enjoyable conversation with other travellers.

A warm and comfortable bnb

Pros: Dee was warm and welcoming. Bed was comfortable and HUGE. Breakfast was good.

Cons: No kettle or coffee maker in the room. There’s also no TV which did not matter to us at all, but might to others.

It was a wonderful stay with a wonderful host and we highly recommend a stay at Rose Cottage.

Pros: Rose Cottage immediately made us feel comfortable. There were a number of areas where we could sit and chat. And Dee was the perfect host who served up a wonderful breakfast each morning we were there.

Wonderful place and host!

Pros: Dee was a lovely host and great cook who provided very tasty breakfasts. The space was clean, the garden pleasant. Close to the small town centre with easy driving access to trails nearby. Would happily stay here again, and we are not alone; we met other guests who were repeat customers.

Cons: Very slight noise due to highway nearby.

Quirky Bed and Breakfast in Valemount.

Pros: Quirky Bed and Breakfast run by a lovely lady, Dee. Dee allows you to use the kitchen to make yourself a sandwich and store your beer and wine in the fridge. There is a nice covered veranda to sit and relax and chat in the evening and another nice seating area under the Beech Tree to sit in the shade when the sun is too hot. Our room was on the ground floor, the bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was fully equipped with towels and toiletries. Amazing breakfast prepared and served by Dee. Fab place would thoroughly recommend.

Pros: The time at Rose Cottage and with Dee was marvelous. we felt like home all the time and we missed anything. especially a great thanks for the last breakfast we've had. All the suggestions that Dee gave us were wonderful and made the time in Valemount and the region around this little village unforgettable. When we think about our room it was awesome to see how lovely Dee has made it. Thanks for all and we hope we'll see us again

Pros: We had a big room with a large comfortable bed. The breakfast was great. It's located just of the highway and at walking distance to (at least) one good restaurant suggested to us by the owner.

Cons: It's more like staying in the owner's home as her guest than at a hotel.
