Convenient location for a short stay

Pros: Comfortable basement room with a lovely bathroom (not ensuite but not shared). Bottled water and cereal bars provided. Tea but no coffee

Cons: The rooms are in a house occupied by the host family so there is noise from time to time. The basement has a large window but the outlook isn't great and the light levels are subdued.

Pros: It is pretty close to the mall and different restaurants.

Cons: there was nowhere nearby to get breakfast food.

I was so graciously welcomed and looked after during my stay.

Pros: The location in White Rock was great, very close to ocean views. I loved the beautiful rose garden and Harry, the host gave me a pink rose, which was very kind and special. A kettle was there for making tea and lovely fruit, biscuits and crackers were provided for breakfast and snacks. The host gave me a cucumber and a couple of tomatoes from his garden as well.

Pros: Excellent experience and beautiful home lovingly looked after and this flowed through my feelings while I was staying there. I loved the rose garden

Clean and quiet

Pros: The room was very clean, especially the bathroom. It was very quiet so it was a nice break from the noisy city where we live. It's very close to the ocean, but a very steep climb if you're going to walk. There's a small flat screen TV with Amazon Prime. Harry picked some nice roses from the garden, and stocked the room with two bananas and two granola bars. The coffee maker comes with ground coffee, and there's a kettle with tea coffee, sugar cubes and french vanilla creamers. Bathroom is very clean, hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner, and clean towels

Cons: It would be nice if there was a bar fridge. This prevented us from buying local perishable food items to take home the next day. Next time we'll have to bring a cooler with ice.

Pros: Host was delightful and easy to deal with. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Cons: The only thing that would’ve made the room better was a mini fridge.

Pros: This was a very tidy and well presented B&B with a lovely bathroom, all of which was very clean. The owner, Harry, met me and explained how everything worked and made certain that I was very clear on door locks, etc. The premises were very modern, well appointed, and there was good parking. I have already passed on this great find to friends looking for accommodation in the area. I strongly recommend this listing.

Cons: There were no disappointments whatsoever.
