Ski-In Chalet: Private Hot tub

Cozy cottage with great amenities and great location.

Pros: Great location, very clean and very cosy. The facilities and amenities were great and loved the hot tub after a big day of skiing. Quick drive to the ski fields and town. Great stay!

Cons: Rained while we were here so a dry room would’ve been useful as we struggled to dry our ski clothes.

Loved our time at Fernie for our Xmas/NY family ski holiday! Accommodation was perfect for our needs.

Pros: Location and well maintained property. Hot tub was great to have and host was responsive.

Cons: Would have liked a bigger kitchen table for number of people the unit sleeps however understand limited by amount of room available. Bathroom at the bunkhouse would make a super addition.

Pros: The location was excellent as described. The kitchen is well equipped. Very comfortable.

Cons: Some dinning chairs were dangerously loose. There is an air conditioning unit which strains to refresh the entire main floor.

Perfection in Fernie

Pros: Beautiful location amongst gorgeous homes, cool bunkie for our boys up stay in, lots of helpful provisions in the kitchen and generously accommodated us with an early check in. Also a bonus basketball hoop.

I really enjoyed the apartment, we had good facilities to cook and the hosts were very helpful.

Pros: The property was so cosy and well layed out. The bunk house was really cute too.

Cons: The bunk beds were a little bit awkward for some guests. The walk to the ski resort wasn't self explanatory so we did end up doing a tricky 20min uphill hike on our first day.

Pros: We enjoyed ourselves very much here, the hosts were very accommodating for us. There was lots of beds, kids loved the loft beds, said they were like little forts. The location is great, we did a mixture of skiing and snowmobiling and was a short drive to do both. The bunk house is super cute as well.

Pros: Chalet was very clean, good use of space to accommodate groups, the bunk house was super cute and unique, made it really fun for the kids to have their own space.

Cons: Wish there was an extra bathroom

Pros: Very cute and clean place, close to the resort. Host was very kind and quick to communicate with. Very accommodating.

Cons: Only one washroom and only 2 bedrooms. We assumed there was 3 separate rooms. As 3 separate couples, this was not the best situation. It would work better for 2 couples and maybe kids for the beds up top. Not ideal for an adult to climb up there in our opinions. Maybe just make it more clear online how the rooms are arranged.

Pros: We met in Fernie for a family get together and this chalet was perfect for us. We were 3 singles so 2 stayed in in the main chalet and 1 in the bunkie. Everything was well stocked with some extras you dont find everywhere and very clean. Beds comfy and the hot tub a pleasant way to end the day.

Wonderful experience, with everything we needed and MORE!

Pros: Reagan was absolutely wonderful. The home is located in a really beautiful neighborhood, only a few minutes drive from the main areas of town. When we got there, I hadn't read my recent emails from Reagan and didn't realize the door code had changed. He was right there immediately, and helped us get into the house. He showed us around the property and we looked at the bunkhouse which we would love to stay in as well. We were only there for one night, however the hot tub was just what we needed after a very long drive. Everything we needed was already provided and the beds and linens were amazing. We will be coming back, for a much longer stay!

Cons: It's not that this could have been better. I knew that two of the beds were in lofts; I didn't realize that to get to those two beds you need to climb a ladder attached to the wall, made of pipe fittings. We were an older group with no kids with us. We switched our sleeping arrangements based on who could make it up the ladder, LOL. The beds up there were comfortable and we had a great sleep.
