Pros: Una the owner- was very friendly and very attentive to myself and all the guests. The safety aspect Had a common fridge and microwave Had a homely feel

Cons: Sometimes other guests were rude to Una and she didn't always get the respect she deserved. You had no control over who might take items from the fridge.
