Pleasant and lovely. Very cozy and awesome stay.

Pros: Mr Jimmy was really kind and helpful. He has provided us with many tourist destinations and helped us made new great memories as a family.

Cons: None. All expectations were met or higher.

Pros: Convenient location, clean, good parking. Great for a one or two night stay.

Cons: Only one love seat to watch TV at night, there were 3 of us. Sitting on a dining room chair was not very comfy. If more than 3-4 people you wouldn't have enough dishes.

Spacious, comfortable property close to everything

Pros: We were in Surrey visiting my sister who lived a 15 min walk from apartment. Location was ideal near a coffee shop, restaurant, playground & handy enough to get into Vancouver & White Rock from. 2 comfortable double beds in one room & a double in the other room was ideal for our family set up. Netflix was available which was good but the Wi-Fi kept cutting on & off at times Good supply of toiletries provided & enough towels for us.

Cons: Wasn’t a B&B (no breakfast) Big screen photographed in larger room didn’t work, wasn’t listed but still a little misleading & kids were a little disappointed (we were told that this wasn’t listed) Would have been nice to have a manual with instructions to use things (particularly coffee maker & washing machine) and also provide information on waste & recycling. No food compost bags were provided. Would also be nice to have information on things to do near by, getting places by bus, etc You could hear a lot of noise from upstairs but as it’s a basement setting this is understandable. However, some mornings I was woken up at 5.30/6 (I’m a light sleeper) Lighting in bedroom was complicated to figure out (another one for the manual) We were hoping to do some cooking some evenings but when we saw the equipment provided & lack of instructions we decided against it!

Great place to stay

Pros: We stayed here twice. We flew from Vancouver to Barcelona, and drove to Vancouver from Idaho. We stayed here before and after our flights, two weeks apart. It worked perfectly. It is right off the main highway leading to the airport and made for a super easy commute. Easy street parking. Mostly straight from this place to the airport, about 30 minutes max. Communication was clear and an access code provided. We were able to come and go as needed, with no need to arrange a time in advance. We were a family of 6 and this place suited our needs well. Everyone had the space they needed, and the apartment is equipped with all the things someone might need during a stay. We mainly just slept here but I think it would work for a longer stay too.

Cons: Could hear the family upstairs late into the night; sounded like a lot going on up there at times. But that really isn't anyone's fault. This unit is in the basement of a family home so it is the normal noise you would expect if staying in someone's house. And the towels were a bit musty, but not terrible. I only mention this, as it is the only thing I can think to improve. There isn't really much I didn't like. I knew it was a commute to the airport in advance, and this did not bother me at all. This is a great place to stay over at. I would stay here again.

Pleasant one night stay!

Pros: Had an overall pleasant experience. The apartment is very spacious in a very nice quiet area. Easy contactless check-in, quick responses to messages and good descriptions. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a stay.

Cons: The entertainment consoles(Big tv screen and stereo) aren't very user-friendly.

Pros: Very spacious, 3 large beds, clean and well appointed in a newer neighbourhood. Highly recommend.

Perfect place, perfect price

Pros: We enjoyed the place, very clean and comfortable. It has a great coffee maker; the fresh grind comes out with a spectacular coffee. Easy to check in, we didn't have any problem 100% recommended

Cons: the mattress in the small bedroom was a little hard. Although we had a very good sleep.

We arrived later in the evening and checked out early due to our schedule this day, so we didn’t get to fully enjoy this

Pros: More than what we needed on this travel, it put us very close to other family.

Cons: I have vertigo so walking up to the back yard gate, isn’t very wide, lighting not great at nighttime. I have vertigo and in darkness, walking on uneven ground carrying luggage and walking down the stairs wet from the rain I had to concentrate hard to reach the entrance, but walking inside was well laid out.

Great experience

Pros: Clean, comfortable, enough space, responsive owner. The owner also let us have a family as guest to stay with us for a couple of hours.

Cons: Shower water pressure was rather low. Also keep in mind there is no stovetop or dryer machine as mentioned in the room details.
