Modern King Room Private Ensuite Vancouver West

Pros: Location was a quiet suberb with restaurants and transport close by..16 busbyondowntown and R4 to skytrain, also for downtown l..plentynif parking in street outside. Very safe area. Checking in was easy.. It had a great bathroom..Air-conditioning is available with venting via the window.. .

Cons: Could have done with more drawer space but a vet minor issue for such a great venue.. tea or coffee needs to be considered as none avaialablen n room.. Met hist briefly as checkingnout. Lovely.lady..

Pros: The whole building inside was clean, water, milk, tea, coffee, sugar all free, but some days milk and water ran out and not kept in fridge till next day.

Cons: Our ac unit was tripping, we were instead given a small fan, but ac units in other rooms were working fine, the dryer was tripping and didn't work, many kitchen appliances were tripping. Owner needs the whole fuse box checked. Some kitchen appliances were not working properly. The kettle didn't switch off and kept on boiling the filter coffee machine was leaking.

Pros: Quiet neighboorhoud, clear instructions, comfy huge bed, clean bathroom. Shared kitchen

Lovely quiet, leafy place to stay, easy access to town and amazing host Arnica

Pros: The location is a very pretty leafy suburb, which we would never have seen if we'd stayed in the centre of town, yet only fifteen minutes drive or half an hour bus ride from downtown Vancouver. The house is quiet, with all amenities, the room was large and bright, and the bed was huge. The best thing was the host, Arnica, who went out of her way to help us when our rental car had a flat tyre, she lent us her phone for multiple calls, recommended local mechanics she knew and generally assisted us to resume our vacation quickly. Lovely lady, and a great place to stay!

Cons: The only slight downside was no TV in the room, but we lived without it for two nights without detriment.

Highly recommend!

Pros: Great room and very convenient location, would book again!

This room and bathroom were very comfortable for myself and my son to stay in. It was like home away from home.

Pros: Linens were lovely and coffee was delicious! Beautiful big windows to let lots of light in :)

Cons: Not the best soundproofing, but everyone was respectful of quiet times.

Pros: Sehr schönes Zimmer mit schönem Bad. In der Nähe gibt es gute Restaurants. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Wohngegend.

Pros: Lage sehr gepflegt und sicher. Etwas weit nach Downtown, aber mit nahegelegenem Bus gar kein Problem Bett sehr bequem und kleines, aber schönes Bad direkt dabei Arnica sehr gut zu kontaktieren über WhatsApp mit schneller und sehr freundlicher Reaktion

Cons: Wie eine WG- es stehen mehr Zimmer zur Vermietung als gedacht zur Verfügung, daher ein Kommen und Gehen auf 2 Etagen,was man deutlich hört, da recht hellhörig Lautere Gäste gibt es leider auch mal…

Toll ausgestattete, saubere Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Pros: Sehr ruhige Lage, tolles Bett, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche

Cons: Keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in direkter
