A perfect spacious retreat in an awesome neighbourhood

Pros: The title mentions suite / family room, however, the place is a three bedroom basement apartment with sauna and bubble bath. The high ceiling makes you forget that it is a basement unit. It is very spacious and (except kitchen tools) is complete with anything you’d need in a home during your stay. Hannah was very attentive and kind. I enjoyed my 30-year classmate reunion to the fullest.

Cons: At one point the owner entered the rented area without my permission. Some closets are filled with random objects, cluttered and dusty mini inventories. Kitchen tools are old and unhealthy (burnt plastic and damaged teflons). The noises from the main residence are quite pronounced at the basement unit.

Pros: It’s very well located if you want quick access to the airport

Cons: We didn’t realise it is attached to the owners house, it’s located in the basement with stairs which made taking luggage for 4 people quite hard work.

Pros: The place is pristinely designed and well thought of. The location is perfect and very close to downtown and a lot of other spots. The communication with the host was seamless. Would definitely stay again.
