A great little find for our needs

Pros: It was an amazing value for the place. Easy to get to and exceptionally clean & comfortable. We only stayed for 1 night as we were in Edmonton for a family event and didn't want to drive back to Calgary afterwards. This was an excellent choice. The homeowner was quick to answer any questions we had and very responsive & helpful. Great neighbourhood.

Cons: It's a basement suite and there's obviously a family living staying on the main floor. We didn't hear anything really after 9:30 pm and they were wonderful and quite quiet in the morning as well. Nothing that wasn't completely manageable.
