Great place to stay

We enjoyed our day exploring and our lovely evening in the suite. It has everything you'd need!
Pros: Location was fantastic, central to everything. We liked the fact that it had 3 bedrooms, space to play games after exploring all day, everything you need in the kitchen, etc. It was lovely!
Cons: There was nothing we didn't like about the suite, except that we wished it was further away from the street traffic. The windows were tinted, so you couldn't see into the suite, so that was good.

Well equipped clean and good size property
Pros: Property was extremely clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for our break including washing powder, dishwasher tablets, beach towels and kitchen equipment. Very short distance from the beach and central in town.
Cons: The only thing that would have made it better would be an outdoor seating area but we knew that when we booked it! Otherwise it was perfect

Unique, quality rental unit that gets a thumbs up from our group!
Pros: Communication with the host, Karen, was great. The unit was in perfect clean condition upon arrival—even the cutlery was arranged in the drawer with attention to detail! This is in a great location, just minutes from the beach and close to stores. A very modern design with high-quality features, including the washroom, a large quartz or quartz-like dining table and a very comfortable bed. The layout is unusual, with entry from the back side leading to a long hallway with the three bedrooms and main washroom, followed by the open living area and kitchen at the front (street) side. This layout does mean the bedrooms are well away from the street side. As others have mentioned, two of the three bedrooms have no windows, but I kind of like that for sleeping purposes - no need for blackout window coverings! This rental would work well for multiple couples, as in our case, or for families.
Cons: Not a deal-breaker by any means, but for us staying only one night, having check-in time at 4 pm and check-out time 10 am means only having the unit for about 18 hours. 3 pm and 11 am, respectively, would be more convenient and typical. In our case, circumstances meant we weren`t going to be able to check in earlier anyway, so it wasn`t as big a deal for us this time.

Loved Parksville Beach, loved the property, certainly recommended for a stylish and comfortable sleep!
Pros: Finished to a high standard, really close to the beach which was great for a sunny evening and walk, followed by a drink in the. Beach Resort. Beds were so comfy!!
Cons: The air con system can be rather loud but nothing that can’t be solved by turning it off.

Fantastic Stay at Beach Suites, Parksville!
Pros: Beach Suites in Parksville exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect—right on the beach with stunning ocean views. The suite was modern, clean, and well-equipped with a comfortable bed and a full kitchen. The staff was accommodating, making the stay even more enjoyable. The peaceful atmosphere and breathtaking sunsets made it a perfect getaway. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay in Parksville!

Pros: Location was fantastic! Place was clean, and rooms were great.
Cons: Little items needed while staying such as all cleaning supplies, body lotion but overall nothing to complain about!

Spacious luxury in Parksville
Pros: Best apartment we stayed in. Very modern, spacious and clean. Despite having no view, it was a light and airy. It was great to have 3 proper separate bedrooms. Ni windows in the bedroom was no issue at all as the rooms were plush and all beds were extremely comfortable. Very modern open plan kitchen and sofa area. L-shaped sofa very comfortable. Location was great. Short stroll to the waterfront and to an eclectic selection of suburban shops nearby.
Cons: The hot water in the showers took forever to come on. Such a waste of water and frustrating. there was a weird vibration of the beds in two of the bedrooms intermittently throughout the night. No idea what the cause was. It felt like there was a washing machine or dryer below us. Weird rather than bothersome.
