nice place!

Pros: It’s a regular house, but with a separate entrance, so you can use the entire first floor. There are three beds, and you can sleep in any of them. The kitchen and bathroom are fully available for use as well! The owner lives on the second floor, but I never saw them — communication was smooth with quick responses. There’s also parking space, making it a highly recommended accommodation! Thank you for providing such a comfortable stay!

Cons: It’s located on a main road, so the traffic noise is quite loud, which is a bit disappointing.

Lovely stay, very kind hosts

Pros: Very welcoming and friendly hosts who made me some lovely chai tea and made me feel at home. The location is very easy - 10 mins walk to downtown Very comfortable with everything I like - good shower, tea, coffee and kettle & milk. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed.

Cons: On a main road, so might bother some people, but good windows that keep out noise, really peaceful place.

Basically? I would come back. The price I got for 1 night was amazing, the owners are honestly so nice and understanding

Pros: Cozy and nice! I like the layout of everything and love the decor, the property is fine and pretty accessible, and I like that I’m able to order delivery just fine!

Cons: The knob on the faucet in the bathroom came off LOL personally I wasn’t too worried about because I know how to work with that type of faucet so I just popped it back on and used it 😭 Also there’s like a small raised ledge from the 1 queen bedroom to the rest of the floor that’s lowkey a tripping hazard..just be spatially aware and everything’ll be fine! Also was further from bus stops than I thought 🥀

Safe and Quiet

Pros: It is affordable and in the right location for our needs!

Pros: L’appartement est grand et la petite cuisine est très adaptée. Le lit est très confortable. L’hôte est très accueillant.

Cons: La proximité avec la route le rend un peu bruyant, mais avec des boules quies c’est très correct.

Safe, clean and comfortable!

Pros: We were impressed with the price, cleanliness and comfort for our stay!

Cons: My only suggestion, is that a pot and a strainer would be quite helpful.

As a senior couple,we enjoyed our stay & would return!

Pros: Clean & cozy. Owner/ managers reside upstairs. Great folks…very hospitable and welcoming. Plenty of sleeping quarters….great for a family. Dishes & cooking appliances new and in good order. Near to Old Downtown Nanaimo.

Cons: Location…street noise is high, although quieter when door closed tightly & at night.

Pros: Well-equipped suite with all the amenities you'd need! Comfortable bed, easy to communicate with owners, and it was tidy.
