Would definitely stay again.

Pros: Location was great, walking distance to uptown New West. Easy parking. Super clean suite and comfortable bed. Easy access to suite. Bud was a friendly and helpful host.

Cons: Coffee machine would have been nice in suite

Cons: There was no coffee machine, which didn't affect me because I bring my own press to make single cups but might be inconvenient for others.

A perfect base to stay and enjoy New Westminster and Vancouver.

Pros: An inviting space to stay for 3 weeks while visiting family in New Westminster and sightseeing around Vancouver. The bedrooms were comfortable, the living space great to relax and enjoy the streaming services when we needed a rest, and the kitchen perfect for self-catering. Plenty of cafes, diners, and restaurants within walking distance. Shopping centre and supermarkets just 2 blocks away! It was great having a bus stop right outside the door, sheltered to wait out of the Vancouver rain, and just 10 minutes to 22nd Street Station for a train to downtown.

Cons: I can't think of anything, very happy with the place.

Totally exceeded our expectations!!

Pros: Bud was the perfect host. He went above and beyond to welcome us and provide the couple of things we needed. We highly recommend him and his lovely house. The location was great, even though it is on a busy street.

Cons: A full bed is quite small for two people...a queen bed would have been preferred, but there was a bed in the other room, so it was acceptable.
