It’s really a homey place.

Pros: Extremely clean, cozy, spacious and well equipped. We would definitely come back if in the area.

Pros: The place is amazing with every little detail carefully though through. I can't think of anything we needed that was not there. Very welcoming hosts, they left us fresh flowers, fruits, wine, chocolates, eggs... We enjoyed the outdoor space too. Thank you, Leah and Jovy!

Cons: Lack of air conditioning.

Exceptional property

Pros: Exceptional hosts, immaculate property, quiet and practical setting. Close to the amenities of Sechelt, Joyveal's Homey Place was an ideal base for our two-week stay on The Sunshine Coast. We found the house to be spacious, well-maintained and pristine. The kitchen has everything you need, including items like coffee, tea, foil, kitchen roll and washing up liquid. The wrap-round garden is delightful with an abundance of seating areas, foliage and water features. Jovy and Leah are amazing hosts. They responded immediately to our communications. If you're still thinking about whether to go to The Sunshine Coast, I can honestly say it is possibly the most stunning landscape I have ever seen - expanses of forest meet gorgeous bays. Our favourite places were Chatterbox Falls, Skookumchuk Narrows, Pender Harbour and Halfmoon Bay. Thank you, Jovy and Leah, for being great hosts. This surely was a holiday of a lifetime.

Cons: Communication with Booking.com was difficult.

Pros: Everything. Hosts friendly accomodating and really cared about our stay with them. House was impeccable and spotless and so well decorated. Every possible convenience and need was prepared for. Fruit and wine and few basic groceries were available right at check-in. Fantastic stay. Exceeded all expectations.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: We took care of our own meals. They left great treats and basics for us. Anything we noticed missing, they provided the same day! Absolutely loved our stay. 💕💝 10+ stars

Comfortable home away from home

Pros: Very clean and comfortable space, owner left us fruit and bread and complimentary bottle of wine. Kitchen was very well stocked for cooking. Felt like staying at a friend's house.

A great time in Sechelt.

Pros: The property was exceptionally clean and well stocked. It had lots of space for our group of 4. A pleasant outdoor area and a fantastic wee sauna.

Great place to stay when exploring the Sunshine Coast

Pros: This is a lovely spacious property with many choices of indoor and outdoor seating and an amazing garden space. It feels very homey and loved which we enjoyed. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. We liked the extra little touches such as the wine and chocolates treats as well as practical items like bread, eggs and milk. We did not meet the hosts in person but their messages were prompt, clear and friendly. It an excellent base to explore the Sunshine Coast. We would go back.

Really enjoyed our stay, would come again.

Pros: The hosts were so great, they left us eggs, butter and creamer and some other treats as well, greatly appreciated. The host was always quick to answer my messages as well. Beds were super comfortable.

Cons: Check out is a bit early, I would prefer 11:00 am, but all good.
