Gastown Downtown Apartment very central

Pros: Apartment was great, there was enough room for the 5 of us.

Cons: The only thing was there needed to be a 2nd shower.

While the property was quite acceptable the overall visitor experience could be greatly enhanced with a few minor improv

Pros: The property is within walking distance of Gastown and its attractions. It is warm and comfortable with a generally well equipped kitchen and it was useful to have a washer/dryer. There are several good shops/supermarkets etc that we found near the property and we did tell the owner that the (limited) information in the visitors manual could be updated and provide a visitors book for visitors to pass on information to those that stay in the future.

Cons: We had a couple of issues but the owner was proactive in resolving them. As has previously been reported the property could do with a refresh/deep clean and this was acknowledged by the owner to our feedback. The instructions for accessing the property could be clearer including the use of the key fobs. We managed to work out how to use them by trial and error. We did tell the owner that the use of blinds could cause visitors problems during spring/summer due to the amount of light they let in. This was not a problem for us given the time of year we visited but some form of blackout curtains or equivalent should be installed. If you are a light sleeper then the nearby sound of the metro may disturb your sleep, again as previous visitors have reported.

Pros: The apartment was beautiful well equipped and very central

Cons: The gas town area at night had areas that was seedy and scary

Good location close to Gastown for modern apartment

Pros: Close to Gastown and sports stadiums the apartment was well catered for our family

Cons: The bed sheets for the sofa were not clear. We paid extra for 5 and there were not sheets for fifth person.

Pros: Central location, clean, well equipped and spacious. The apartment was comfortable and well maintained.

Cons: It was a little challenging getting into the apartment but the caretaker was very helpful and patient with assisting me with the codes to the building and the apartment.

Pros: Clean, full of necessary equipment, clear and comprehensive instructions. Good location in a safe neighbourhood

Perfect for friends travelling together, walk to major attractions, pubs, restaurants and right next to train station

Pros: It was perfect for two couples travelling together.

Cons: Nothing really

Great location, clean large apartment close to Chinatown, Downtown and Canada Place

Pros: Good location within walking distance of Chinatown, Downtown and Canada Place for the cruise port. Ease of using door code. Nifty electronic keys, 2 on lanyards so no losing them while outside exploring. Even got to see and hear ACDC concert, on our balcony, from BC Place. Large clean apartment. Plenty of room for the 5 adults.

Cons: Junkies and gunga smokers in area.

Pros: Very neat, clean and organized apartment in a very good location. We appreciated the clear instructions in the binder about the pool access and self-checkout, but the recommended restaurants and cafes need to be updated, as some have closed. .

Cons: Some of the pillows were way too firm. We were very warm and could not find any air conditioner controls.

Overall very enjoyable

Pros: Location is super convenient Well prepared for cooking facilities and other parts
